PRODUCT INFORMATION
We design and fabricate our products in-house which gives us complete control over the end product quality. Specific components are sourced from outside vendors - all in the USA - who utilize state-of-the-art CNC equipment to machine our products.
All Welding is done in-house with state of the art Miller Dynasty TIG machines, swingarms are done by hand, wheels are done by machine for the show stopping stack of dimes look.
We utilize draw bend machining for simple bracing; CNC mandrel bending is used for the more elaborate bracing to ensure a top quality product.
In order to reduce lead times, we maintain an inventory of standard frames and components. These are finished to customer specifications for extension length and bracing design. We do maintain a large inventory of popular sizes - these can be shipped within 1-2 working days of order
